The transaction extractor scans Stellar transactions for method invocations of the monitored contracts and passes them to the monitor instrumentation. It also retrieves relevant parts of the blockchain state. In the future, we may consider integration with SubQuery or another indexer. To de-risk the project in the activation phase, we limit ourselves with a simple prototype.
