Is a system to manage the personnel of the 21st Ranger RGT (Arma3 Milsim)

Additionally, this system allows for the XML Patch system within Arma and manages it automatically.
This code is written in python 2.7 and runs on app engine.
To install git fork and then run your local dev server to make sure everything is working. Then gcloud app deploy app.yaml to upload to your cloud instance.
You will want to change the images, backgrounds, and 21st information as these are all properties of the 21st Ranger RGT.
