Is the feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently the setting to toggle search engine indexing is coupled with another feature that would allow others to easily find and follow me in the fediverse. I actually want people to easily find me on the fediverse but don't want to be indexed by search engines, and currently there is no option to have both.

Describe the feature you'd like

Having a separate option to toggle search engine indexing would solve this issue.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I'm not aware of any alternate solutions.

Additional context

Currently there is an account setting called "Allow your profile to be searchable globally?" and the text below says this:

Activate this setting if you want others to easily find and follow you. Your profile will be searchable on remote systems. This setting also determines whether Friendica will inform search engines that your profile should be indexed or not. Your profile will also be published in the global friendica directories (e.g. https://dir.friendica.social/).

As you can see, currently this setting is coupled with another functionality. It would be nice to have a separate setting to toggle search engine indexing for an account.

I just checked against Mastodon. Mastodon has got two separate options where we have one. It should be no problem to do the same here as well.
