Update hashtags after editing post

Is the feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When I edit a post and add a missing hashtag, that tag will appear in the post, but when I click it, on the hashtag's page that post is missing.

Describe the feature you want

Maybe the hashtags of a post could be updated after a post was edited. Maybe check if the hashtags have changed and then add or delete tags if necessary. Then the current function to add a tag (that does not work well currently) could also be removed.
