Frio theme - click the number of likes/shares to see the users

We already see the number of people who like/reshare a post, but then they repeat bellow taking up 2 more rows. Isn't it a better idea to show the usernames if you click the number itself that's besides the icons?

Mastodon has it like that. I find it a lot better. This is my custom theme for which I removed those lines:

My wish is some Javacript based popup or something similar. If someone can build something nice, I can provide the data.

The additional reactions shown are a server setting. This option was requested by many users after it was no longer available.

@loma-one the problem with the existing (legacy) solution is the memory usage. Especially on the network page this can lead to memory errors, when a lot of posts have got a lot of likes.

@annando understood. It is therefore good if there can be a better solution.
It should continue to enable interactions between users and not prevent them. This means that it is not sufficient if only a name appears in a mouseover. It should be clickable.

Many applications in Fediverse use a separate overview page for this purpose, in which the reactions are listed. Further actions can be triggered from there:

• Call up profile
• follow, unfollow
• Write a DM

For any potential solutions do keep mobile in mind which has no mouse over.

This feature request proposes a potential solution for both mobile / desktop. Basically how mastodon handles things: tap / click on number of interactions opens separate view showing people who interacted:
