[twitter] Shared quote-tweets are missing the link to the quoted tweets

Since we had to revert to the traditional quote blocks for shared tweets, I noticed that quote-tweets are missing a reference to the quoted tweet. I understand this was meant to prevent infinite quote-tweet recursion, but it still should appear as a link to the quoted tweet.

A cursory look at the Twitter addon didn't enable me to fix this regrettable behavior.
