Use "id" and "class" HTML attributes liberally to make CSS customization easier #16

The structure of the HTML generated uses a lot of plain elements (table's, tr's, and td's especially). If these had "id" and/or "class" attributes, customizing with CSS would be easier.

This looks like a good idea, though in general I try to reuse the class names of javadoc which means that you can reuse standard javadoc css, which makes it easier for users. Do you want to help do that by contributing?
