Support playing of TAS recordings (.fm2)

This is technically interesting, because we cannot play the .fm2 file on its own, but we need to retrieve the matching .nes file and open them both at the same time in nes-vue.

We have no good api for this yet, but I would like to collect more of these advanced use cases.
