Please implement the possibility to specify explicit references when building a nuget package. The documentation is here http://docs.nuget.org/docs/reference/nuspec-reference#Specifying_Explicit_Assembly_References

Want to try it yourself? Anybody else?

If not I can do it.

@forki Well, if I don't submit a pull request in a day that means I gave up.

You can ask me if you need any help.

Cool. I'll merge this when the Travis build is done.

Please also add a bit documentation to https://github.com/fsharp/FAKE/blob/develop/help/create-nuget-package.md

Also: are you on the prerelease channel or do you need a 2.6.2 with these changes?

@forki I'm new to github and don't know how toproceed with the docs, should I create a new pull request?
I guess I can wait till the next release with these changes, I have a workaround for now.

@forki Is there a place in the documentation where the @keywords@ used in the nuspec template are defined?
