Yet Another Game 2018

Experimental implementation of a fixed timestep, variable rendering game loop to test and try out some architextural decisions that allow easy and manageable interpolation between game states. Coded quick and dirty to focus on the issues I'm interessted in so don't cry about the globals and other stuff.
