The scenario I described refers to a new item scan, when no alert is popped up. Obviously, it accept the scan, but writes down multiple scan rows. The second time you try to scan it alerts you. So, I would guess it’s not a duplicate/alert issue, but rather the first scan function upon using iPhones.
