How does this library compare to laverdet/isolated-vm?

I am looking for a replacement for patriksimek/vm2 and am contemplating laverdet/isolated-vm or this library. isolated-vm seems pretty low level and this library seems more similar to vm2 but also built ontop of the V8 engine just like isolated-vm. Could you help with clarifying some differences between the libraries and if this would be a good choice for being able to execute user submitted code and run selenium webdriver scripts?
