Acceptance criteria:

  • When Refinery is placed a Harvester is supplied with it (no need for CarryAll to bring it!)
  • The Harvester will mine spice until it is 'full'
  • Harvester can dump spice at refinery
  • Amount of spice is accumulated and visible to player

This opens the door to trading, goal of the game, etc. Which are not included in this issue.
