A. Labs

  1. Google Workspace Admin: Getting Started

    Learn basic Google Workspace administration tasks - personalize your Admin Console, update the company profile, load users in single or batch mode. Here is the link of .csv for the bulk of user.

  2. Google Workspace Admin: Provisioning

    In this lab, you will learn how to provision groups and calendar resources in Google Workspace.

    Learn how to add recovery information to your Workspace admin account and reset your admin password.

B. Exercise

  1. Create your Google Workspace trial account

    In this exercise, you'll purchase a new domain name through Google and register that domain for a 14-day trial of Google Workspace.

  2. Log in to the Google Workspace Admin console

    In this exercise, you'll login to Google Workspace account.

  3. Add several users at once -- Required

    In this exercise, you'll see how to bulk upload multiple users at once. Here is the link of .csv for the bulk of user.

  4. Reset a user's password

    In this exercise, you'll manage resetting task for user password.

  5. Rename a user

    In this exercise, you'll manage renaming task for user name.

  6. Suspend a user

    In this exercise, you'll temporarily block a user's access to Google Workspace services by suspending the user's account.

    In this exercise, you'll delete Google Workspace account for user who might leaves your organization.

  8. Restore a recently deleted user

    In this exercise, you'll restore deleted Google Workspace account.

  9. Adding Calendar resources -- Required

    In this exercise you will create two structured calendar resources for your main building. You will also define some features that can be applied to each resource.

    In this exercise you will review the sharing settings for the Calendar service.
