Describe the issue

When clicking 'n dragging an existing uploaded file around the File Manager converts to upload mode even though the image is already uploaded.

To reproduce

  • Upload image in File Manager.
  • Attempt to drag that image into a folder.

Expected behavior

Dragging and dropping existing files should result in being moved to another location (e.g. folder).

Version: v6
Browser and version: Chrome 79
