Describe the bug
Some profs. have two login credentials and none of them have complete features. For example, Aparajita Ojha Mam have two usernames for login one is aojha and other is aojha@iiitdmj.ac.in. In aojha she can access the profile but filled appraisal form is not detected (Explained in other issue) and in other one she cannot even access the professional profile although you can fill the appraisal form.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login as aojha and aojha@iiitdmj.ac.in and try to fill the appraisal form.

Expected behavior
There should only be one access available for professor. Kindly remove the aojha one because as per the standards given to us, only one access i.e. aojha@iiitdmj.ac.in should be available.
