Describe the bug
Scholarships and convocation medals form not rendered for 2020 and later batches.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

login as space convener
Go to the scholarships portal
Go to invite applications
fill out the form and send a request to 2020 or later batches
Logout and log in as a student of the same batch
open the scholarships portal
go to apply for awards page and click on apply button

Expected behavior
The respective form for scholarship or medal should open.
