Tested this in development environment, confirmed it fixes the issue in the BZ, now the access insights puppet module is added to the hostgroup.

I did hit an issue where the puppet module failed to register successfully to the Satellite.
Spoke to Lindani, we believe the issue is related to the development environment configuration, how the certs get passed through apache/passenger.

That is an issue separate from this PR.
