get people to use the lines or be annoyed by them

user wins when

• they make a successful outgoing call where the callee hangs up first
• they populate a conference with 3 or more participants
• they make a successful outgoing call after which the callee calls an incoming line and validates caller's mailbox id or something

Can start this like a normal challenge, and/or can have a bank of phones that start it for a telethon. Or could not make it a challenge, instead a standalone telethon from a bank of phones, users just try to get a high score, score is announced somehow during play, play ends when no phone has been picked up for 30 seconds?
