- Add a step setting to volume. - Adjust some of the default settings to more sane values. - Stub out quarter cycle encoder support, Problem is, if you set it to quarter cycle, and you are wrong, there isn't any way to get back to the settings and fix it. Need to figure out a way to provide the ability to test this before it becomes enabled completely.

Upgrade the core menu platform to 4.0 release. This fixes a few older bugs we've had (#30 and the white bar across bottom of screen).
