有点难搞，要微信扫码登录官网才能获取到下载链接，而且下载链接不是固定的

可以把qqwry.dat导出文件重新修改不，感觉好多不准，然后重新打包成qqwry.dat ?

这个需求 可以使用“IPLook v1.6”这个工具实现

我的写法是先只获取header头，判断一下文件名是否有变化，如果有变化再完整下载最新的数据包。

现在微信公众号里面没有最新数据库的下载链接了（公众号提供的下载最后是7月3日的版本），作者是怎么拿到新的czdb的下载链接的？
