This milestone adds CBOR tags (major type 6) for encoding and decoding. To reduce bloat, it will support tags 0 and 1 (datetime) and provide an API to allow users to easily provide any other tag.
Subsequent releases may add build options or other modular way to provide more built-in tags.
Options for handling duplicate map keys during decoding will be added.
