<li>偽開放真的很令人反感。</li></ul>
<p>《idea Taipei數位藝術發展創意工作坊》與《第十屆台北數位藝術節》一脈相承,延續一種垃圾思維。有一群掌握人脈關係、政府資源以及藝術圈發言權的人,無視於當代藝術核心的批判思考,也對「公民參與」和台灣藝術體制的菁英主義本質上的矛盾毫無反省。這群人,只想用公民參與的形式當幌子,用「數位藝術」這個假的領域收編那些真正在用公民參與<b>實踐</b>環境保護、社會正義、政治治理的人。這群「藝術人」用假惺惺的笑臉收割別人正在做的事,貼上藝術的標籤,鞏固自己的既得利益。</p><p></p><h2>第十屆台北數位垃圾藝術節</h2><p><b>傳統媒材與數位__</b></p><p>在展覽籌備期間,一次在數位藝術中心與執行長黃文浩的對談,在「用傳統媒材表現數位__」這一點上交換意見。「你用這些傳統媒材要怎麼表現出數位__?」執行長問。我記不得數位後面接的名詞是什麼了,執行長認為塑膠管、紙卡、金屬夾、便條紙無法表現「數位」、「網路」、「超連結」或任何同義詞。我的問題是:為什麼不行?什麼才算「數位」?為什麼數位藝術節要叫做數位藝術節?</p><p></p><p><b>藝術性</b></p><p>「藝術性」是什麼東西?有藝術性是好事嗎?有沒有藝術性誰說了算?</p><p></p><p>又一次與執行長的談話中,執行長三句不離「藝術性」,說是我們的提案「也要有藝術性才行啊!」我至今仍不確定我清楚明白他的意思。</p><p></p><p>是長得像藝術嗎?什麼樣的東西才算是長得像藝術?是要看起來很精緻嗎?是線路要收得很整齊嗎?是要很上相嗎?是要能賣錢嗎?</p><p></p><p>藝術性到底是什麼東西?是像柯文哲說的「看不懂的就是藝術」嗎?為什麼柯文哲會對藝術有這樣的認知呢?<b>「有藝術性才行」</b>很明顯的表示擁有藝術性的東西才被認為是「有價值」的,而那個價值可能是「被稱為藝術」的價值、「值得被展覽」的價值,或純粹是「存在」的價值。到底是哪一個呢?</p><p></p><p><b>本來就是這樣啊</b></p><p>在嘗試以討論辯明立場時,碰到對方說出「本來就是這樣啊」,要怎麼接下去?「要有藝術性才行啊!」「為什麼?」「本來就是這樣啊!」</p><p></p><p>在說「本來就是這樣啊」之前,我們真的搞清楚「本來」指的是什麼嗎?</p><p></p><p><b>以後真的不能找圈外人來展</b></p><p>開幕前幾天,數位藝術中心執行長黃文浩親臨現場,視察佈展實況。這下子不得了,他老人家一到場,所有人都必須放下手邊的工作,小心翼翼地伺候,讓他服服貼貼。</p><p></p><p>「你這展台是要做什麼用的?」他老人家人還沒到呢,就隔空大聲拋出問題。</p><p></p><p>「到時候自然會有用途。」我這麼回應。這下子不得了,他老人家看樣子是氣炸了。</p><p></p><p>「怎麼有這樣子回答的!從來沒有看過這樣的創作者!」他說。</p><p></p><p>「以後真的不能找圈外人來展!」此句一出,我嚇得說不出話來。他老人家氣沖沖的走了,當時跟在他身旁的,台北數位藝術中心的員工,看起來有些不知所措。</p><p></p><p>之後,我想了很久,無法放下這句話。我不禁想把這句震耳欲聾的絕響拆解開來,分析一下。</p><p></p><p><b>「以後」</b>,意思是黃文浩認為他在台灣數位藝術領域的權威仍然存在,而且會持續存在。</p><p></p><p><b>「真的」</b>,意思也許是黃文浩在「找圈外人來展」與「不找圈外人來展」之間猶豫過。而在說這句話當下,他頓悟了。他認為自己果然應該留在舒適圈裡,找圈外人來展是自己找罪受,還是把圈外圈內分清楚好了。</p><p></p><p><b>「不能找」</b>,意思是黃文浩有權力決定找誰,不找誰。</p><p></p><p><b>「圈外人」</b>,意思是圈子是存在的,而圈子是有邊界的,有人在圈子內,有人在圈子外,黃文浩在圈子裡,我在圈子外。</p><p></p><p><b>「來展」</b>,意思是我黃文浩可以在原地不動,而你小子,你給我過來。</p><p></p><p>如果把藝術圈想成是一個與資本主義市場緊密結合的封閉階層權力結構,「以後真的不能找圈外人來展」這句話,一點問題都沒有。但藝術節開幕之後,媒體報導卻是這樣寫的:「台北數位藝術節召集人黃文浩表示,台北數位藝術節從早期關注聲光效果的科技藝術,到第七屆開始探討電玩的發展歷史、主題內容,以及性別角色、暴力等文化內涵,讓人們了解數位藝術的多元面向,到現在數位藝術家透過作品跟群眾互動、將作品介入與改善社會,以及思考文化議題。」</p><ul class="comment"><li><a href="http://artemperor.tw/focus/1170/0"></a>http://artemperor.tw/focus/1170/0</li>

<li>哎呀,我以為這次展覽的主軸是自由軟體、開源、自造與社群......</li>
<li>宣傳上是這樣寫的沒錯啊,不過宣傳就是宣傳,這種行銷式的發言內容不會在乎「群眾互動」和「開源開放」有什麼差別,說不定發言者自己也從來沒想過。</li></ul>
<p>這豈不是說一套做一套,標準的台灣政客嗎?自己動一張嘴,把「數位藝術」這件自己唯一能說嘴的事情捧得天大地大,包山包海,在幫別人貼標籤的時候也不問一聲就硬上了。</p><p></p><p>但我不願意相信黃文浩執行長是這樣的小人。思索數日,有一天,我豁然開朗。原來黃文浩執行長以他自己的生命為行為藝術之創作,正因為他厭惡「說一套做一套」這種在媒體上保足面子,私下運作卻毫不保留自己封建、父權、保守、唯利是圖的價值觀,因此他以身為藝術家的自決,決定要貫徹這樣的反面人格,喚醒更多有原則、有批判能力的人。</p><p></p><h2>社群與藝術</h2><p>社群與藝術可以是什麼樣的關係?可以用藝術呈現社群,但這樣有意義嗎?可以社群共同創作藝術,但要怎麼共同創作?</p><p></p><p>我覺得最能說服我自己的應該是宣稱<b>社群即藝術</b>,到這裡,需要先打破自己對藝術「應該如何」的成見。而必須特別注意的是,這樣的宣言並不不是在說社群一定要是藝術才有意義,或者宣稱社群即藝術會讓社群更有意義。社群本身就具有意義,對我來說非常重要的意義,換言之,社群不需要藝術,是藝術需要社群,是這個社會需要社群。</p><p></p><p><b>g0v做藝術?</b></p><p>傳統的藝術,誠如傳統的社會結構,是英雄般個人意志的貫徹實踐。開放社群並不是想要消滅個人意志,而是基於某些原則調和個人意志,達到更接近良善本質的成果。</p><p></p><p>開放社群也是在個人與個人之間任意人際關係的協調結果的累積、個人意志的疊加與交融。</p><p></p><p>開放社群是不是民主?</p><p></p><p>「做事的人最大」在不是開源軟體專案的時候是不是也管用?</p><p></p><p>開源軟體專案:社群是開放的,而軟體專案是封閉的,專案有具體想要達成的目標,也有相對客觀的最佳解。</p><p></p><p>開放社群的集體創作:社群是開放的,創作也是開放的,嘗試以開放的「非組織」實作一個開放的創作,這個過程本身就是創作,但要記錄這個過程相當困難。</p><p></p><p>開放社群的集體實體創作:在實體空間中實踐開放、開源的原則又比在線上空間更為困難。實體空間所帶來的屬性,像是距離和重量,還有以金錢換取資源的經濟結構,都讓fork變得困難,讓專案的執行趨向中心化。</p><p></p><ul><li>《如何表達g0v as non-org零時政府非組織,並避免誤解》(<a href="https://g0v.hackpad.com/U2wyPzSvrSy"></a>https://g0v.hackpad.com/U2wyPzSvrSy)</li></ul>

<p>為什麼叫做「藝術」就比較高級?</p><p></p><p>掌握發言權的人把東西貼上「藝術」的標籤,把它捧得高高的,而一般大眾習慣用「藝術」來形容美的、具有價值的、或可能無法一下子完全理解的事物,也因此覺得「無法理解也沒關係」、「這就是藝術」、「藝術是有價值的」,進而賦予那些被捧得高高、貼上藝術標籤的東西閃亮的光環。</p><p></p><p>這樣的保護機制,把藝術與群眾隔離開來,允許菁英獨占藝術。在當代藝術與消費市場緊密結合的產業結構下,這樣的機制能有效製造垃圾藝術,累積個人利益。</p><p></p><p><b>藝術的社會功能</b></p><p>藝術作為脫離日常生活的娛樂</p><p>藝術作為宣傳機器</p><p>藝術作為揭露問題的工具</p><p>藝術作為跳脫常態的開關</p><p>藝術作為實驗解決方案的場所</p><p></p><p>用「社群」替換「藝術」,也說得通。</p><p></p><p>藝術讓藝術家擁有「犯錯」、「打破」的空間,但良好的社群機制也同樣能提供這樣的空間,而且大幅降低了英雄主義及個人利益。</p><p></p><p><b>正面能量</b></p><p><a href="http://www.chinatimes.com/newspapers/20151222000381-260207?from=fb_share_mobile"></a>http://www.chinatimes.com/newspapers/20151222000381-260207?from=fb_share_mobile</p><ul class="comment"><li>不談國民義務教育改革,反而想用「數位藝術中心」「培育」膚淺的「創意」;不談公民參政,反而想利用現有失能的體制和自己嚇人的頭銜(臺灣科技藝術學會理事長、北京師範大學-香港浸會大學聯合國際學院文化與創意學院署理院長)爭取發言權及政府資源。文章充滿空洞的官僚語言,看似講了很多,其實什麼也沒講。如果是為了讓官僚體系看得懂而用這樣的語言,那也太委屈了。</li>
