done some updates last few days so heres a .rar for people that dont bother using git

added:

• mysql reconnect - auto reconnect if database gets restarted while bot is running (only for mysql atm)
• added all the modules that were downloadable from phpbots.org and put them in /untestedmods
• added ircopper to bot.conf and ircClass->IRCOP true/false if registered successful
• ctcp version now only reply one line "not showing loaded mods" and ctcp TIME output shuld be same or more like 95% of clients out there

and few other things here and there ... some new mods and fixes to existing
