Subject of the issue

when adding a new feature on a postgis layer with more than one geometry field, when saving you get an error on geometry fields not in editing.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new postgis layer with more than one geometry fields.
2. Create a QGIS project adding the before created layer for every geometry fields.
3. Upload it on g3w-admin and put in editing state the layers.
4. On g3w-client active editing for a layer and try to add new feature.
