O Bio-ORACLE (Bio de Bioinformatics e Bioethics; ORACLE de “Organizer of the Rational Approach in Computational Learning Ethics”) é um software em JAVA que utiliza técnicas de mineração de dados para auxiliar à tomada de decisão em bioética, utilizando o NiceSim como base do projeto. Foi desenvolvido pelo Laboratório de Métodos Epidemiológicos e Computacionais em Saúde do Departamento de Medicina e Enfermagem da Universidade Federal de Viçosa.
Bio-ORACLE (Bio of Bioinformatics and Bioethics; ORACLE of “Organizer of the Rational Approach in Computational Learning Ethics”) is a software written in JAVA which uses data mining techniques to help decision-making in bioethics, using NiceSim as the core of the project. Bio-ORACLE was developed at Laboratory of Epidemiological and Computational Methods in Health of Department of Medicine and Nursing in Universidade Federal de Viçosa.
Utilizamos a IDE Eclipse para desenvolver e rodar o projeto.
Após instalar o Eclipse, é só rodar o projeto e selecionar o arquivo /src/controller/Main.java como a main do projeto
The project is developed using the Eclipse IDE.
After installing Eclipse, just run the project and select the /src/controller/Main.java as the main file of the project
