any way around using sspace?

I'm developing my own scaffolder... In meantime, follow this steps

run redundans with --noscaffolding --nogapclosing (or just use reduction module fasta2homozygous.py)
run scaffolding with your tool of choice
run redundans with gapclosing only (--noreduction --noscaffolding)
