Actually fixes an issue with key registration.

Updated for Sponge with Configurate 3.6

This release is mostly a maintenance release since Sponge changed the way keys are being registered. This should work for the rest of API 7.x's lifetime, however updates may come where new features are added. Considering period based trails where they have "states".

Per-Trail permissions

Adds per-trail permissions! Since each trail has a single id, the id is used in the permission!

Initial release v0.1.0

This gives a working version of trails plugin with default configuration creation and set and unset commands.
