Bioconductor has not published the fall 2018 release schedule, but the deadline is usually in the first or second week of September. The last workday in August should be a good tentative deadline for this milestone.

EDIT: Lily added a few major enhancement requests to be completed before submission. We may miss the fall deadline, but we're still working towards it.
