go into your command line and type in this command (you need to install Git):
git clone https://github.com/gadsden0/wikileaks-dump-local.git
Then go into the wikileaks-dump-local folder with your file browser and double click on the index.html file. This will open a local version of the wikileaks 2020 dump.
