Update test boxes
Update test boxes to their latest version (Debian 10 to 11, Ubuntu 18.04 to 22.04, CentOS 8 to CentOS Stream 9).
The Mac OS X test box has been removed from Vagrantfile as the previous one we used was long outdated but no one seems to maintain an up-to-date box for this OS on the long run. This means Mac OS X support is not removed from vagrant-bindfs but could not be tested.
Update Fuse support
Since our last release, Fuse 3 has been largely adopted by almost all distributions and bindfs has been updated to be compatible with. MacFuse has replaced OSXFuse.
