This is a single grant, to Defiant Labs for Cosmos Indexer. We've used this name on the website correctly (Grants Issued section), and the name "Cosmos Ecosystem Indexer" in the "Grants Approved" table of the Dashboard on the website (will correct the name)

Going down the rabbit-hole to figure out why the Transparency Reports have the weird "Multiple Grants in the Infrastructure Domain", it looks to be the title the grantee used in their application form, which is also the name we use in the "All Applications" table of the Dashboard on the website.
