Set up

• install rvm curl -sSL https://get.rvm.io

• install ruby rvm install 2.6.0

• install dependencies

• cd city_planner

• bundle install

Running spec

• cd city_planner
• bundle exec rspec

Running rubocop

• cd city_planner
