The old com.ibm.jat.cics.CICSMinimumRelease and com.ibm.jat.cics.CICSMaximumRelease annotations are to be converted to
com.ibm.cics.galasa.cicststeam.CICSMaximumRelease and com.ibm.cics.galasa.cicststeam.CICSMinimumRelease
including the imports.

convert the old enum to the new InternalVersion enum.

remove the old enum imports
add the new enum imports
