- makes the "how to change theme" a bit more prominent" due to a comment received
- adds a manifest.json for PWA support (this doesn't really do anything, but users can click on it and "add to homescreen" in android which. I guess is a thing, maybe someone really loves the GTN like that 馃槄)
- Improves API to include more information in individual tutorial APIs (previously restricted to topic API)
- Workflow creator metadata (name + orcid), license now mandatory
- Workflow tests now mandatory
