I've made a number of suggestions @vladvisan
I think the main thing is the change in audience and change in voice necessary as you add these slides to the GTN.
When you presented to the admins it was great to hear your interpretations in every slide. And the audience was solely small scale admins very familiar with Galaxy.
As we move this to the GTN, and it is "speaking" as a galaxy training material, I think it might need to change a bit to be useful as a more general resource for groups deciding whether or not they want to host Galaxy. These graphs are incredibly useful in answering a question we get very frequently: "how much time does it take", when that question is more of a business decision of whether or not they want to host galaxy.
So I've made a number of suggestions, so the slides speak from a position of being a galaxy training material, communicating to both admins and group leads trying to make decisions about can they run Galaxy.
You are of course welcome to reject the suggestions if you do not agree with them.
overall I'm very excited to have the results of this poll in an easy-to-consume format that we can use for admins and training events to communicate how much burden it takes on average, especially since the admin training is generally given by admins that manage large instances.

if you are setting video: true
, then you must supply captions for every single slide. See this for some comments on writing the speaker notes. https://training.galaxyproject.org/training-material/topics/contributing/tutorials/slides-with-video/tutorial.html#enabling-video and see our existing videos for examples of what's possible https://training.galaxyproject.org/training-material/videos/watch.html?v=admin/tutorials/cvmfs/slides

Ah, thanks, I understand now.
I thought the text underneath the "???" was comments, but it's actually captions.

I am curious if there is a behaviour where the video system
- for each slide, detects if there are captions (the ??? section)
- if not, it uses the alt text of images, as well as the "normal text", as "back-up" captions?
- maybe captioners could just add captions to the few slides that are particularly confusing, instead of to each slide?
@hexylena Thank you for the detailed feedback! I looked at it all, and I agree with all of it. |

… the required captions. But having added alt-texts to the images, thanks to Helena, hopefully it will still be accessible
…or the suggestions
Also good job at the GCC conference, I watched your & Saskia's presentation. |
I've finished the content, unless someone has any extra feedback (first round of feedback was already given on May 15, and I applied it before submitting this PR).
I will send this PR's link to the mailing list, and let's say if by Tuesday June 4 EoD there is no feedback, then it can get accepted?
New data contributor type: I added a new contributor type (Data provider), here is the "proof" it works:
