Link to UCSC for dm6 is disconnected at UseGalaxy.eu

Works at ORG OK for human + dm6 (and others over last weeks, post recent updates at UCSC), and other genomes work Ok at EU, including human. Odd. Maybe something else is going on with dm6?

How to see the problem:

1. Expand the first dataset with dm6 database metadata
2. Click on the Visualize icon
3. Notice that the UCSC browser is not listed
4. Compare to the human test case in the same history, and across both servers

Not related. Something for the usegalaxy.eu folks to fix, this isn't the right place. I don't know what place to report this except maybe the usegalaxy_eu gitter channel ? @bgruening ?
