Add a keyboard shortcut help menu

This is a PR to display a shortcut help menu when hitting "h".

It lists shortcuts from different places in the UI.
As I don't know where to add a new display, I hacked the dataset name div for now.

• Put the help menu in its own div
• Improve descriptions
• Improve display
• Check if it works on different subject names

First: This is awesome, thanks for your work. Second - if there is any chance I can ask a bit more of you - there is a really annoying thing that currently happens with toggling the labels on and off: the labels turn off, and then ALL the labels for any available layer turn on when “l” is hit again. (Meaning: suppose only ROI labels are on initially, and sulci labels are available in the layers but currently off. When ‘l’ is pressed twice, all ROI labels and all sulcus labels are displayed.) It would be great to somehow maintain a state for which labels are supposed to be on, such that when ‘l’ is toggled, only the originally displayed labels come back up. Can def raise this as an issue if this is too much of a PITA to do along with this. Not even sure this is the same corner of the javascript code… Just a thing I have been bugged by lately, and have not had the bandwidth to address myself.
