Update Install FAQ with solutions to build issues

As people trial builds, issues will arise. Where there is an informative/useful solution, we should put this in the Install FAQ on the Wiki.

This issue is also quite stale. Is there something specific to be done here? Suggest we close it.

Well, I think Barney had meant this as an ongoing thing whenever new problems arise, but at this point it's become such standard practice that I'm not sure we need an open issue as a reminder.

Yeah, it was just meant as a reminder - I don't have a problem with there being general open issues, but I think this one can be shut down. Will close now...
