jQuery UI css overrides slider styles #379

The slider for the Number Option seems to be based on jQuery UI slider, so the class names match up, but probably shouldn't. When something else that needs jQuery UI css loads it the Titan Framework styles get overridden.

Side note: option to disable slider for specific number options could be useful.
