Game and performance citation manager.

This should be installable and runnable via normal python tools, but for a quick start please see our virtual machine download in the Releases tab. Start the VM, log in (gisst/gisst), and run python gisst-runner.py from the gisst folder.

Once the server is spun up, games can be added using the command-line tools and performances can be recorded by pointing a browser at the server.
