A) New library: aggreg.jl

B) Changes implemented in existing libraries:

i) plotting.jl:

• New functions: plot_objective_values()

ii) model.jl

• Comment shedding limits and capacity limits off
• Constraint scale control (/1000)
• Add weights (/tau) for emissions control constraint and minimal renewable constraint
• New hydro modelling
• Add hydro as a clean source
• Truncates and rounds up big numbers (viz. numeric focus)
• New folders structure (one folder per instance)

iii) io.jl

• New functions: unpack_clusters_features, change_time_parameters, perform_plotting
• aggreg.jl functions
