This PR contains a writeup and short tutorial on Macports, and using pip in combination with Macports.
Gammapy is available via Macports since yesterday. I plan to add the missing packages (reproject, photutils, maybe even Sherpa) in the coming weeks.
@JouvinLea Are you still using Macports? Maybe you could read through it and let me know if there's something incorrect or unclear or missing or generally any feedback is welcome any time.
The Macports section is pretty long. Probably we should split it out to a separate page and just have the installation page start with "are you on Linux / Windows / Mac?" and point people to the options for their platform, so that non-Macports users would never see that page of detailed information about Macports. @joleroi - I'd be especially interested in better docs how to install / use / develop Gammapy with Anaconda. But I'll leave that larger docs change to a future PR.
