Garbled on Windows CMD

As shown above, there are some issues with Win CMD.

There might be a useful issue that can help solve this problem. sirupsen/logrus#496

By the way, I only can get readable output on Git Bash with no color output.

Same problem for me, on windows 10, version: 0.8.1

The colour does work on the page that comes up when you just call todolist, but it garbles text just like @kice had on listing todos:
