Add Entity-Relationship (ER) model support

I have not seen explicit support for entity-relationship models to project relational databases.
Would it be possible to add support for Entities, Attributes and Relationships?

Yes it can be implemented, and I expect it to be not that hard to do.

It would be awesome if you can help out implementing this feature?
