2.0 - Tall Extruder Redesign

In this release the extruder was completely redesigned to use the "tall" extruder layout first proposed by Jai Stanley in Prototype BMG based 'tall' direct drive extruder tool. this layout has a number of advantages over the previous horizontal layout, including more space for a cooling fan, simpler parts, better airflow routing and better structural integrity.

The key finding after testing initial prototypes with a few Kg of filament was that the idler design used by Bondtech is not strong enough when printed in PETG (they use stronger SLS material). So this release has an improved idler design with a longer axel and longer pivot to spread out the force applied as well as more material supporting them.

Many printability tweaks have been applied and the assembly process has been documented with photos for this release. The hope is that others will build one and validate the design and assembly process so this can exit its "pre-release" state.

Lastly the license was updated to GLP to comply with how the E3D parts are licensed.
