You have made 2 separate folders. Make only one and name it LICENCE_PLATE_DETECTION. Inside it put the code and the screenshot. Also, fill the PR Description before making it!

Don't close your PR again and again. Every time you push something to your forked repo, the changes get updated here. SO you just need to add these things and make the changes in you forked repo and do a simple git add and commit.
