The documentation might benefit from a Creative commons-type licence
The files in the _raw package could be considered to be derived from the AWS documentation so might need to be given a licence that is compatible with that.
Similarly, the raw cloudformation spec in contrib is an external file with it's own licence/copyright (although it is not shipped with Flying Circus, so perhaps that's not relevant
