Decompress case_gbhm1.rar,dem.rar,parameter.rar,data.rar,lai.rar and put all the directiries under the same directory
The code can be complied and run in uisng the files in the directory:source_dgvm/
The input is stored in the directory:data/
The output is in the directory:result_river/
The output can be shown using the file named "Qilian_soil_color.m" in the directory:plot/
