Convert "Vectors and Matrices" to Markdown (#90)
Browse files Browse the repository at this point in the history
* Port Vectors and Matrices to markdown

This commit represents the markdown contents of the file after running
the `pandoc` command. It has not been manually cleaned up at this
juncture.

* Convert equations to MathML, update figure and equation references

Lots of equations!

* Add mtthgn to the list of people that ported tonc.

* Fix incorrect reference to an equation.

A "-" was used instead of a ":" in the id name, and that caused the
reference to not work. Whoops!
